Industry Day Event: 21st Century Solutions for PCB Assemblies: 1st October 2014
ITA Labs is holding an industry day ‘21st Century Solutions for PCB Assemblies’. This event aims to assist companies with finding out how to resolve technical issues quickly, bring products to market faster and gain peace of mind through testing. It will take place on Wednesday 1st October 2014 at ITA Labs Laboratories, St. Albans in Hertfordshire.
The electronics industry is continuing to face many challenges. These include the need for constant cost reductions, shortages of skilled, experienced personnel and pressure for fast results. By holding this event at ITA Labs, delegates will be able to tour the laboratory and see the test equipment which is available. There will also be educational seminars given by a team of experienced speakers: Dr Wayne Lam, Dominic Lodge, Mark Dowling and Nick Hoo.
“Through offering this event, we are hoping that with our extensive experience of electronics testing, manufacturing and solder development on commercial projects, we can help the electronics industry with the challenges which they are facing;” comments Dr Wayne Lam, Laboratory Manager, ITA Labs.
The event would be beneficial for Directors or Managers with roles in Research & Development, Technical and Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Quality Control. There is no cost for this workshop which includes a light breakfast, luncheon and refreshments. The industry event will take place from 10am to 3pm.
