Shortly after the dreadful fire at Grenfell Tower we were approached by Sky News to test a sample of the same aluminium rainscreen cladding material used on the Tower.
The conditions of the test were representative of a medium intensity domestic fire but in this instance the test was carried out simply to see whether the material would burn.
