ITA Labs can provide small scale polymer testing for:

Because of the wide range of testing equipment available within ITA Labs, we are able to carry out a full set of polymer tests to provide you with a comprehensive evaluation of your samples.

Our Polymer Testing Laboratory includes the following capabilities:

• NBS Smoke Box
• Limited Oxygen Index (LOI)
• UL-94
• Tensile testing
• Electrical testing
• Mechanical testing

Test samples are usually supplied already formulated and cut to size, but ITA Labs also has the capability to formulate the materials as well. See the Polymer Processing page for details.
